SPERM MACS

Sperm Macs (Macs Sperm sorting)

MACS, Magnetis Activated Cell Sorting, is a sperm selection technique used for sperm preparation process. It involves using magnetic beads coated with antibodies to selectively bind and remove sperm cells with high levels of DNA damages. By this technique, the sperm which contains a damaged DNA will be separated. It appears to be a safe and efficient method to select functional sperm with consistently good results for ICSI.
